Allrighty fellas. Remember the great mod q3as? Well there is a new mod in town :) Cinergi Quake 3 - Advanced Server. A web site to boot too. No downloads yet as the mod author hasent released it but is going to soon as beta.

If you allready have a q3as server going then getready for the big shock. Your server cfg's will work as they are now with some awesome server sided improvements.

CQ3-AS allows for a server restart feature.
Bright skins with the admin option of off or on g_pmskins <1/0>
Flag return modes 1-4 similar to othe mods with flag return.
unlagged netcode (if you dont like it turn it off cg_delaghitscan <1/0>)
the never released q3as client all tightly integrated.

Shag, What is this? I thought Cinergi was done coding? Is this adding to his code or a new project? Sounds cool.

Hopefully soon. It would be great to get some servers running it so we find some bugs. It works great as TDM CTF FFA and 1v1. insta and all works flawless. ;D

Yes, I saw the one you made. It's similar to one I made a while back. :) Do you want a flash one?

On the pb cfgs, I just run the minimum cfg but stream the logs to PunksBusted so I can keep my ban list updated. I will share mine if you want it but like I said, It's nothing special at all.
